• Independently perform PCB repair, rework, and assembly processes.
• Remove and replace advanced components, including BGAs and fine-pitch SMT.
• Troubleshoot board-level issues and perform functional testing.
• Set up and operate rework stations and testing equipment.
• Assist in refining repair processes and documenting procedures.
• Provide informal guidance to Level I technicians.
• Perform in-line inspection and ensure IPC and company standards.
