Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a skilled PCB Repair Technician to join our Production team. You will install, remove, inspect, and replace components on PCBs in a high-volume environment, leveraging soldering expertise and electronics repair experience.

Ideal candidates have soldering experience, technical school training, or hands-on electronics repair background, and a strong commitment to quality. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday with a competitive hourly wage and growth

Responsibilities

• Install and remove through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs.
• Use soldering irons, desoldering tools, and hot-air rework stations to repair components.
• Inspect solder joints and boards to ensure quality.
• Correct defects such as cold solder joints and solder bridges.
• Perform light troubleshooting with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Document repairs and findings in company systems.
• Meet daily production goals while upholding quality standards.
• Follow soldering standards and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, ESD-compliant workstations.
• Support cross-department production needs as required.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
