Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• 5+ yrs project management experience.
• 10+ yrs electronics manufacturing experience.
• 3+ yrs leadership experience.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Experience with Aerospace, Military and Tech Industrial products.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all Engineering teams within the Albuquerque unit.
• Oversee NPI activities including DFx analysis.
• Plan budgets and resources for Engineering with capital spend oversight.
• Provide training and support to Engineering functions.
• Set Engineering project priorities and roadmaps.
• Support key customer accounts and relationships with senior leaders.
