Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Production Associate – Test – Level 2 to join our production team in Wisconsin. You will set up and test units per procedures, identify appropriate equipment, and document results.

The role involves rotating across stations and using both automated and non-automated test tools to ensure quality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, good communication skills, and experience testing PCBs, with IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must understand test procedures and operate test equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to document results.
• Works well in a team environment.
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required.
• Experience testing PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment.
• Identify proper equipment to be used.
• Fill out production documentation.
• Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures.
• Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part).
• Rotate to different workstations and cells as needed.
• Document pass/fail results and troubleshoot in MES System (Vision).
• Compile and validate test results and logs for customer and regulatory requirements.
• Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis.
• Use non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope).
