Job summary

Electronic Systems Inc. is seeking an Experienced Production Associate for Building 2.

You will assemble, inspect, test, document, and package PCBAs and related electronic products, supporting prototype, low-volume, and production builds with a focus on quality and precision. You will use hand tools and production equipment to meet schedules, follow drawings and instructions, and escalate any defects or abnormalities promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-minded.
• Ability to follow work orders, drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test PCBAs and electronic products using work orders, drawings, visual aids, and current work instructions.
• Insert and verify electronic components with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Safely use hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment to complete assembly work.
• Support prototype, low-volume, and production builds while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using established quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Test circuit boards and finished assemblies using designated equipment and procedures.
• Identify defects, damaged materials, incorrect components, and process abnormalities and escalate concerns when additional support is needed.
• Accurately document production, job-status, and quality information in software platforms and other designated systems.
• Package and label finished products according to company and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and workflow.
• Share knowledge, support coworkers, and assist with training associates as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following ESD, PPE, and other safety requirements.
