Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking an Electronics Test Technician II to perform advanced testing and troubleshooting of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) with minimal supervision. You will identify root causes, support production by maintaining test equipment, assist Engineering with improvements, and train Test Technician I employees.

This is an onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on electronics testing/troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting PCBAs to component level.
  • Able to read electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical drawings.
  • Experience supporting production test equipment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email).
  • English reading/writing/speaking ability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, ICT, and system-level testing on electronic assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot PCBAs to component level using oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Read schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing docs.
  • Set up and maintain production test equipment.
  • Verify products meet customer specs and quality standards.
  • Document results and report findings, mentor Tech I staff.
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
