Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Production Associate - Test - Level 2 in the United States (New York). You will set up and test units per procedures, identify proper equipment, and document results in the MES system.

Collaboration with the cell team leader and cross-functional support are required for efficient production. The role requires reading test procedures, strong communication, and PCB testing experience, with IPC-A-610 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand test procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Works well in team environment.
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience testing PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment.
• Identification of proper equipment to be used.
• Properly fill out production documentation.
• Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures.
• Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.).
• Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed.
• Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision).
• As required - compile and validate test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements.
• As required - complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis.
• Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment.
• Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
