Job summary

Sierra Circuits, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an Assembly Quoting Admin to manage RFQ check-in, BOM pricing, and labor estimates using ERP/CAD tools. You will analyze Gerbers, BOMs, drawings, and ensure accurate data for quotes.

You will support the Assembly & Design Quoting Team, handle multiple RFQs, and generate BOM ISSUES reports while maintaining high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Quoter/Admin with data entry and check-in duties in electronics assembly/CM.
• View Gerbers, PCB drawings, BOMs and electronics components knowledge.
• Experience pricing BOMs and assembly labor using company guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• RFQ check-in: retrieve jobs, analyze data (Gerbers, BOM, CAD), price BOMs, estimate assembly parameters.
• Price labor per guidelines and generate BOM ISSUES and Special Assembly Instructions.
• Validate online assembly orders placed on the company website.
• Support the Quoting team and communicate with customers, sales and supervisors.
• Handle multiple projects in parallel and prepare supervisor reports.
