Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Stafford Springs, CT seeks a production operator to support high-volume PCB manufacturing. You will read blueprints, follow shop orders, set up equipment, and maintain quality while meeting production targets.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working with CNC machinery when needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with multiple shifts to accommodate production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read English instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a full shift.
• Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines and schedules.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Read blueprints and shop orders to ensure correct operations and quality.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines and respond to dispatch priorities.
• Work in a team environment with a strong customer-focused approach.
