Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Some secondary or trade school preferred.
Ability to interpret part drawings and product specifications.
Experience coordinating production, quality control and maintenance.
Read logs, processing sheets, PM checklists and start-up checklists.
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Assist operations with production of difficult parts and interpret drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and management on quality-related decisions.
Troubleshoot processes during line-down situations and coordinate with multiple departments.
Develop charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow and machine utilization changes.
Maintain notes and reports detailing solutions and daily activities.
Support yield, throughput, and capability improvement projects.
