Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks a Sr. Product Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Product Engineers, bridging customers with Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to ensure seamless project execution.

You will establish KPIs, optimize resources, and drive process improvements in a front-line leadership role. The role requires 5+ years in PCB manufacturing, 3+ years in supervision, and a Bachelor's in engineering, with familiarity in Inplan and Insolver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of related PCB manufacturing experience (7+ years preferred).
• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of engineering tooling operations and PCB manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations, including staffing, scheduling, and technical training.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate departmental performance and allocate resources accordingly.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders to align output with capabilities.
• Implement updated methodologies and tooling procedures to streamline workflows.
• Drive coaching and performance management to foster a productive team.
