Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Operator to join a high‑production environment. You will read shop orders, set up machinery, and perform assembly tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will gain hands-on training, participate in our Operator Advancement Program, and may be eligible for shift premiums and performance bonuses based on KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop traveler, job orders, specs.
• Set up and operate machinery per processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality according to procedures.
• Record defects and data; document in the quality management system.
• Record and report required product data.
• Acquire materials; prep area; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow safety training, PPE rules, and environmental procedures.
• Report accidents and safety concerns immediately.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment.
