Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Stafford, CT seeks a manufacturing equipment operator to maintain and run PCB production lines, perform preventative maintenance, and work with chemicals safely. You will join a structured program with training and opportunities for advancement.

Candidates should be reliable team players, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and willing to work overtime or weekends as needed. ITAR compliance and US citizenship or permanent residency are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, including ovens, and perform preventive maintenance on machines with minimal supervision.
• Handle chemicals such as Developer Solution, Alcohol, and Easisolve.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report safety hazards to supervisors.
• Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate with supervisors about processes and potential improvements.
• Follow ITAR requirements and safety procedures; work with PPE as required.
