Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm). You will read shop orders, set up and run manufacturing equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will work in a high-volume environment, train in department processes, document data, and report issues promptly. Education: high school diploma preferred; 1–2 years manufacturing experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler, job orders, and customer specs.
• Set up and operate machinery according to department processes.
• Evaluate product quality and document data in the system.
• Record defects and report issues to supervision or engineering.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area and follow PPE requirements.
