TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in the United States. You will read shop orders, set up machinery, operate equipment, inspect products, and verify data to meet stringent quality and safety standards across a high-production environment.

This role offers 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with overtime as needed. A high school diploma is preferred and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is nice to have.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend shop orders and customer specifications.
• Able to sit or stand and lift 10–50 pounds; capable of working overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Read and understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, customer specifications).
• Set up and operate different types of machinery according to processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and ensure procedures are followed accurately.
• Record defects and data; escalate quality issues to technicians, management, or engineering.
• Document product data on shop orders and in computer systems.
• Supply production area, maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety training and PPE procedures; handle chemicals properly.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area.
