Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Plating Operator to perform copper plating, solder plating, and other chemical processes on PCB panels while maintaining safe operation and meeting output targets.

Applicants should read blueprints, operate chemical equipment, and participate in hazardous waste training. First shift runs 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with safety gear and documentation requirements throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of process chemistry and related safety practices.
• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and read/interpret documents.
• Able to communicate in English at the level required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plating equipment for PCB panels, including copper/solder/gold immersions and other chemical processes.
• Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Load racks carefully in plating tanks and ensure proper bath temperatures and currents.
• Read blueprints and traveler documents to match customer specifications and ensure proper prior operations.
