Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. employs a Production Operator in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, ensuring quality and efficiency in PCB production. You will set up equipment, read blueprints, and perform routine maintenance while maintaining safety standards.

We offer strong benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, 10 paid holidays and 3 weeks PTO. Candidates must have good English and math skills, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Good English communication and mathematical skills are required.
  • Must be a team player and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Willing to work up to 10 hours a day with potential overtime.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and follow safety procedures.
  • ITAR requirements: US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate cut sheet laminators and punch tooling press; print internal images and operate imagers.
  • Read and understand the photo print process and blueprints; follow production lists.
  • Monitor quality data and ensure safety and production goals are met.
  • Cross-train on operations within the area and across both buildings.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report safety hazards.
