Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to meet departmental production, quality, and safety standards in a high‑production environment. You will read shop orders, set up and operate machinery, and perform fine assembly and inspection.

Training will prepare you to verify data, document defects, and work within the quality management system, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and collaborating with team members across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend English written instructions and shop orders.
• Quality-centered mindset with strong attention to detail and mathematical ability.
• Able to work as a positive team member and independently.
• Manual dexterity for handling very small components and assemblies.
• General computer skills to update records and enter data.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, customer specifications).
• Set up and operate different types of machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Consistently evaluate product quality and ensure procedures are followed accurately.
• Record defects and data; escalate issues to production staff or engineering as needed.
• Read, record, and report product data in shop order systems and applications.
• Acquire materials, set up the production area, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; report accidents or near misses immediately.
• Cross-train in other departments to operate additional machinery.
