Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a PCB Process Technician in Bastrop, TX to own state-of-the-art production processes and equipment performance. You will monitor process parameters, maintain components, and lead improvements for yield and cost reduction.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of production equipment, deviations identification, corrective actions, and calibration of various process equipment. Candidates should have 1+ year hands-on experience and strong technical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ year hands-on technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute startup and shutdown procedures for production equipment.
• Identify equipment and process deviations and perform corrective actions.
• Maintain process parameters and perform adjustments and chemical analyses as needed.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain plating, etching, stripping, developing, surface treatment, and cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to create and uphold operating procedures and inventory systems.
• Identify yield, performance, and cost improvement opportunities.
