Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Machine Operator to support plating processes for circuit boards, including tank preparation, temperature control, and surface cleaning with quality checks.

Work hours are 3:15 p.m. – 11:45 p.m., Monday to Friday, with possible overtime. Training may occur on the 1st or mid shifts during the first 4–6 weeks; standing for long periods and good dexterity are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Standing for long periods is required.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes and making necessary additions.
• Set proper temperatures and cycle times.
• Prepare the surface of the board through cleaning processes.
• Verify quality requirements to finished product.
• Be trained on additional plating processes as needed.
