American Standard Circuits LLC is seeking a Machine Operator / Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m., Monday–Friday) with overtime potential.
The role involves plating processing across multiple finishes to ensure electrical conductivity, with training on 1st or 2nd shift during the first 4–6 weeks. Responsibilities include tank preparation, temperature and cycle time control, board surface preparation, and quality verification.
Description
2nd shift runs from 3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m., Monday - Friday. Some overtime will be available during the week. Training likely to take place on 1st or 2nd shift for the first 4 - 6 weeks.
Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to plating processing a variety of circuit board to obtain multiple finishes for electrical conductivity.
Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required.
Standing for long periods of time is required.
Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.
Use of plating thickness instruments including microscope, fixture and hand tools so good vision and dexterity required.
This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.
Monday - Friday from 3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m. with some overtime available during the week.
Training may take place on one of the following shifts for the first 4 - 6 weeks:
Training on 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
Training on mid-shift: 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
