AdvancedPCB, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, is seeking a reliable, motivated Plating Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross‑train.
Plating Technician – Experience working in a fast‑paced, production environment. Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards is a plus. This is a full‑time position.
This is a full‑time position requiring availability to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
California Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 USD | DOE
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
