Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Machine Operator / Production Operator for the 3rd shift to handle plating processing for circuit boards and ensure quality finishes. You will rotate through training on 1st or 2nd shifts during initial weeks and work Monday–Friday nights with possible overtime.

The role requires standing for long periods, good vision, and manual dexterity, with a high school diploma as a baseline qualification. The manufacturing environment can be noisy and involve chemicals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• 3rd shift is the standard schedule with possible overtime.
• Training on 1st or 2nd shift during the first 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes and making additions.
• Set proper temperatures and cycle times.
• Prepare the surface of the board through cleaning.
• Verify quality requirements on the finished product.
• Learn processes such as Black Oxide, Deburr, Desmear, Pattern Plating, Nickel/Gold, Etchers, and more as needed.
