Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Machine Operator / Production Operator to support circuit board assembly. This role involves screening processes, applying soldermasks and legends, and working on multiple shifts. You will set up jobs from travelers, run presses, scrubbers, and develop LPI Ink or Dry Film as part of the production line.

Expect a 3rd shift from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with potential overtime during the week; training may occur on first/mid/second shifts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Good manual dexterity for the use of common tools and equipment.
• Standing for long periods is required.
• Exertion of up to 50 lbs. may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs from travelers and verify registration.
• Operate various presses.
• Operate pumice scrubber.
• Develop LPI Ink or Dry Film off circuit boards through the developer.
• Perform some maintenance of equipment.
