Qualifications

• Requires strong PM planning and execution.

• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical/electrical issues promptly.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and mentor maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and PM scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident prevention.
• Diagnose, repair and minimize downtime of equipment.
• Lead equipment upgrades and project installations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts for maintenance.
• Document activities and maintain performance metrics.
