Qualifications

• Leadership experience within a maintenance department is required.
• Ability to develop training plans and set milestones.
• Capable of troubleshooting and maintaining control circuits and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and develop team performance.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage are followed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Plan equipment upgrades and coordinate with Facilities/Engineering.
• Maintain inventory of parts and update maintenance records.
