Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in San Jose, CA, is seeking a PCB Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance technicians, oversee preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operation of critical manufacturing equipment.

Relocation assistance is provided; candidates must commute daily to San Jose. Minimum 5 years in maintenance with leadership experience required. The company offers comprehensive health benefits and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team with varying levels of experience.
• Capable of creating well-defined training plans with milestones.
• Balance long- and short-term goals for a maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain control circuits, electrical components, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to correctly and safely use basic hand tools.
• Ability to safely work around hazardous chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read manuals, schematics and diagrams.
• General computer skills and ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Ability to stand, lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, ladders; overtime possible.
• Willingness to work weekends; salary position.
• Maintenance techs will be supplied with necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and develop the team.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE use.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Plan upgrades and manage installations with cross-functional teams.
• Order, track, and manage parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Foster continuous improvement, reliability and safety.
