Job summary

Fralock in Milpitas, CA is hiring for a production associate to support PCB manufacturing. The role is onsite, full-time, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match and PTO. You will follow production priorities and work on planarize, sanding, via filling, and quality checks.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year PCB experience preferred, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and good English communication. Salary is $21–$25 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with reading prints and specifications.
• Ability to visually verify fine detail work.
• Capacity to pull/lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

• Follow production priorities as established by the department Supervisor
• Follow all company and department process and procedures
• Planarize and sanding process using mechanical and automated tools
• Perform Via Filling process for Flex/Rigid products
• Inspect via fill quality and complete Via Fill log sheet
• Communicate to the department Supervisor any changes in production status
• Monitor quality of work and compliance with process and product specifications

• Knowledge in understanding prints and specifications
