AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Lamination Operator to join our PCB manufacturing team. You will set up equipment, perform quality checks, enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least two years in PCB or similar manufacturing, and the ability to read blueprints. The California pay range is $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, DOE, with first-shift hours 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in PCB or similar manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
• Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
• Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.
