AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Lamination Operator to join our growing company. The Lamination Operator operates and maintains machines used for manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. The role involves setting up equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe workspace.
This is a full-time position requiring availability to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.
Work schedule is 2nd Shift | Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.
California Pay Range: $19.00 - $26 per hour USD | DOE
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status).
