Job summary

Sanmina is seeking a Lamination Lay-up technician to operate automatic or semi-automatic lamination equipment and support the PCB production process. The role requires standing for long periods, following precise instructions, and maintaining high quality standards.

You will run lamination presses, break down finished products, and lay-up panels into books, with overtime and weekend work as dictated by business needs. ITAR facility; US citizen or lawful permanent resident required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year PCB industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 80%).
• Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions.
• Experience working with machinery and around chemicals is beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and quality are important.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
