Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing complex high-density multilayer PCBs for aerospace/defense.
• 2+ years PCB layout experience with Mentor Xpedition preferred.
• Experience translating schematics to manufacturable layouts with hardware teams.
• Strong SI/PI background and knowledge of HDI technologies.
• Proficiency with RF, high-speed digital layouts and controlled impedance routing.

Responsibilities

• Design complex high-density multilayer PCBs for aerospace/defense applications.
• Collaborate with HW, mechanical, and test teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Optimize signal integrity, power integrity, and DFM/DFT in layouts.
• Support design reviews, fabrication, and production throughout lifecycle.
