Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a PCB Design Engineer in Huntsville, AL to design complex, high-density multilayer PCBs for aerospace, defense, and industrial platforms. You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical and manufacturing teams to translate concepts into manufacturable layouts while optimizing signal integrity, power integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in professional PCB layout for high-performance electronics.
• Experience with Mentor Xpedition or DxDesigner and related libraries.
• Proven ability translating schematics into manufacturable layouts with hardware teams.

Responsibilities

• Design complex multilayer PCBs for aerospace, defense, and industrial use.
• Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, systems, and test teams.
• Optimize SI/PI, manufacturability, and reliability throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing documentation.
