Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking an Electronics Assembly Tech / PCB Tech in downtown Lebanon, NH to join a growing team. You will assemble electronics and PCBA in prototype and production settings, wire harnesses, and support hybrid mechanical-electronic assemblies.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, IPC soldering certification, and proven SMT soldering expertise. You will collaborate with engineering on sensor projects and build fixtures for testing in a tight-knit company.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience assembling electronics in a manufacturing environment.
  • IPC certification for soldering, rework, inspection, wire-to-wire, and wire-to-board assembly.
  • Proven expertise in soldering and rework of surface-mount components, troubleshooting, and component replacements.
  • Experience building jigs or fixtures to support electronic sensor production and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronics and PCBA in prototype and production settings, wiring harnesses and hybrid assemblies.

Job description

Our client is looking for an Electronics Assembly Tech / PCB Tech to join a growing, friendly company located in downtown Lebanon, NH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a stable, small company environment that is recognized as a leader in its industry.In this position, you will be responsible for assembling electronics and printed circuit boards (PCBA) in both prototype and production settings, along with wiring harnesses and hybrid mechanical-electronic assemblies.As an Electronics Assembly Tech / PCB Tech, you will perform precise soldering of fine pitch surface-mount (SMT) components, troubleshoot component failures, and assist in building jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing and testing. The role requires hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic small-company environment.
