Job summary

Cirtronics Corporation in Milford, NH is hiring a full-time PCB Inspector to inspect printed circuit board assemblies for quality and workmanship, document defects, and complete inspection records.

You will read work instructions and BOMs, perform basic soldering and touch-up work, and follow IPC and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable following detailed instructions and established procedures.
• IPC‑A‑610 certification a plus (not required).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCB assemblies for quality and workmanship.
• Identify and document defects or nonconforming materials.
• Complete inspection records and production documentation.
• Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Perform basic soldering and touch-up work as needed.
• Handle and move products safely through the manufacturing process.
• Follow ESD and safety requirements to protect products and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Inspect printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies for quality and workmanship
• Identify and document defects or nonconforming materials
• Complete inspection records and production documentation
• Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Perform basic soldering and touch-up work as needed
• Handle and move products safely through the manufacturing process

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
