Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Prior soldering experience.
• Identify electronic components and read schematics as needed.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or circuit board assembly.
• Experience in an ESD-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture circuit boards and electronic components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform soldering of electronic components onto PCBs with precision and accuracy.
• Inspect assemblies and finished products to verify quality and performance.
• Read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
• Utilize small hand tools, measuring devices, and precision equipment to complete tasks.
• Identify components and ensure correct placement and installation.
• Maintain production goals while meeting quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and report assembly defects or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; complete safety/ESD training.
