Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking an Electronics Production Associate for the afternoon shift to assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies. You will perform soldering, machine operation, and final assembly in a production setting.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, following drawings, inspecting work, and maintaining quality. Strong manual dexterity and basic math are required; a high school diploma is a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with soldering and rework is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate assembly tasks (transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, ICs, sockets).
• Read work orders and follow production drawings or verbal instructions.
• Use hand/power tools and machines to assemble components.
• Inspect own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Communicate with team to maintain production flow.
