Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in Lubbock is seeking an Analyst - PCard to manage and optimize purchasing card processes. You will review expense reports, ensure policy compliance, and interact with end-users and vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with experience or an equivalent combination of education and work history. A part-time, hourly schedule supports a flexible work-life balance within a dynamic health care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field plus one year of related experience.
• Or a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve purchasing card expense reports for appropriateness and accuracy.
• Process purchasing card expense reports in compliance with operating policies and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations of federal, state, and local accounts and the PCard OPS.
• Interact with department end-users and vendors on purchasing card related issues.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Emburse Enterprise Online Purchasing Card System.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Equipment utilization and records control for audit.
