Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a PCard Administrator to support day-to-day operations, onboarding cardholders, and ensuring compliance with the PCard program. The role emphasizes accuracy and attention to detail while collaborating with treasury and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in finance, procurement, or accounting, and familiarity with DocuSign, Smartsheet, Zendesk, or US Bank tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, procurement, accounting, or operations; exposure to PCard or expense management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review and interpret financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; familiarity with DocuSign, Smartsheet, or Zendesk preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of banking or treasury processes (account management, reconciliations, etc.) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new cardholders, review documents, perform compliance checks, and set up accounts.
• Provide day-to-day support to cardholders, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper PCard usage.
• Maintain accurate records of cardholder accounts, transactions, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor card usage for policy enforcement, identify misuse, and escalate concerns.
• Assist with transaction reviews, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure policy alignment.
• Use tools like DocuSign, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and US Bank Transaction Management to support workflows.
• Prepare reports on card usage, spend activity, and compliance trends for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth PCard processes and respond to stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects or process improvements related to purchasing and financial controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PCard Manager or Treasury leadership.
