• Provide hands‑on personal care support to individuals with mental illness.

• Support in completing activities of daily living such as assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and transportation.
• Support with recreational, educational, or vocational pursuits.
• Receive advanced training in administering medications and, as experience grows, take on supervisory responsibilities.
