Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs on company property including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and mechanical work.
• Assist supervisors in identifying current and future maintenance needs.
• Watch for safety hazards and take preventive actions.
• Assist in the general upkeep of company property including road maintenance and snow removal.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and logs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs on company property in an efficient and workmanlike manner, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and mechanical work.
• Assist supervisors in identifying current and future maintenance needs.
• Watch for safety and fire hazards and report them promptly or take direct action to eliminate them.
• Assist other maintenance personnel in maintaining efficient operation of the building, including cleanup, inventory control, and tool control.
• Play a major role in the general upkeep of the company property: road maintenance, lawn and field mowing, erosion control, and snow removal.
• Conduct upkeep for the inside of the building to ensure it remains up to code.
• Must be flexible and willing to do new things involving minor construction.
• Perform maintenance on residents’ rooms when needed.
• Support the maintenance system by completing all paperwork, logs, checklists, and forms.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
