Job summary

Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a community-based Skills Trainer for our Personal Care Attendant Program in the Worcester, MA area. This full-time role includes educating consumers and surrogates on the PCA program, covering a 60-mile radius from home, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for people with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of PCA programs is advantageous.
• Teaching or counseling background is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers and surrogates on managing the PCA program.
• Teach essential skills and support department-wide tasks.
• Complete in-person home visits and travel within service area.
• Maintain confidentiality and document progress notes in real time.
• Report and document required intake, documentation, and timekeeping.
