Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. in Torrance, CA, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead property condition assessments and manage projects from planning through delivery within deadlines and budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain client relationships, perform QA/QC, write reports, and communicate scope changes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management or due diligence, excellent writing, and the ability to handle multiple projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or due diligence services.
• 5+ years experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessment.
• 1 to 2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver quality on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle
• Coordinate efforts of Partner team members and associates to deliver projects on plan
• Cultivate relationships with client and internal teams to deliver quality on time
• Conduct occasional inspections and write reports
• Provide progress reports and respond to client questions and scope changes
• Delegate tasks and manage vendor engagements as needed
• Coordinate follow-up questions with team members during the review process
