Job summary

Benchmark is seeking compassionate nursing assistants to provide resident care in a warm, home-like environment. The role includes helping with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents through meaningful activities and emotional care.

Evening, night, and per diem options are available, with shifts such as 2p-10p, 3p-11p, 10p-6a, or 11p-7a. Up to $21/hour, depending on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or caregiving experience.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Greystone Farm at Salem is looking for a compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA and Experienced Caregivers to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Opportunities!

Evenings: 2p-10p or 3p-11p

Nights: 10p-6a or 11p-7a

Up to $21/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
