Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Greystone Farm in Salem, NH is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, LNAs, or experienced caregivers to join our team. The role focuses on delivering daily care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting residents with daily activities and emotional well-being.

Positions available: full time, part time, and per diem. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights with competitive hourly pay up to $20.50.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred.
• Caregiving experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is a plus.
• Experience with residents who have dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

Education

CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred

Caregiving experience

Dementia care experience desired

Greystone Farm at Salem

is looking for a compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA and Experienced Caregivers to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Opportunities!

Days: 6a-2p or 7a-3p

Evenings: 2p-10p or 3p-11p

Nights: 10p-6a or 11p-7a

Up to $20.50/HR

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or Caregiving Experience
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
