Competitive Pay Rates

PCA – $15.00/hr
Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr
CNA – $16.50/hr
Earn a $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training!

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship & emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming & dressing
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Medication reminders
• Support families with safe caregiving techniques

Requirements

• Active PCA or CNA certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
• Able to lift 25 lbs
• Dementia care experience (a plus!)
• Must pass a background check
