Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking part-time Personal Care Assistants to support residents with daily routines and provide companionship. Pay starts at an hourly rate with additional opportunities based on experience, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Positions include 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, and morning shifts with every other weekend/holiday. A supportive team and opportunities for career growth are highlighted, along with wellness and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication and active listening.
• Ability to understand and speak English for safe performance.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
