Job summary

Country Meadows in Hershey, PA is seeking a full-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents in daily routines and activities. The role offers afternoon shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm, with 8, 9, or 10 days per two-week pay period, and opportunities to grow through training and education.

The pay starts at $16.75–$19.75/hour, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, paid holidays, and life/disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
