Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a PCA to provide one-on-one support to residents, helping with daily routines, socialization and well-being. Pay starts at $16.75–$18.75/hour, with potential to earn more based on experience.

Full-Time 7am-3pm, Part-Time 3pm-11pm, and PRN shifts are available. The employer offers comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, health plans and tuition reimbursement, among other incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening and reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Help residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day.
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
