Morningside Elite Management in Collegeville, PA is seeking compassionate Caregivers for full-time and part-time shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am). You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support health and wellness.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• May require CNA or CHHA licensure.
• Experience in elderly care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with medications reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing and daily living activities.
• Follow resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Report issues to supervisor.
• Respect residents' independence and confidentiality.
• Maintain safety and proper equipment usage.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Foster a positive and professional demeanor with residents and staff.
• Adhere to policies of Morningside Elite Management.
